Your account email.

Account¶

I have no invite code. Leave your email on the register page. The team sends a code when seats open. If you are on a team, ask your instructor for the team's code.

I did not get the confirmation email. Check your spam folder. Then use Resend the link on the confirm page.

I forgot my password. Use Forgot password on the login page.

Training runs¶

The run says it is warming up. What is happening? The app is starting a GPU for you. The panel says what it knows: machine assigned and pulling, image up and agent starting. If a host does not start within five minutes, the app moves you to another one and says so.

My run stopped early. A run stops early when your credits run out, when the daily cap is reached, or when the run hits its wall-clock cap. Open the meter in the header to see your balance.

The same seed gave the same curve twice. Is that a bug? No. The same seed gives the same starting weights and the same curve. Change the seed to see a different run.

My curve went up and then down. That is the lesson of More Training Is Not Better. Pick the checkpoint from the peak.

Where is my policy file? On the run page, under the playback. The link is policy.onnx.

How much does a run cost? The launch form shows the estimate in pod-minutes before you click. A full Train for the Real Car session is about 55 pod-minutes. See Getting started.

The car¶

The car makes no sound when I switch it on. Check the battery connector and the motor controller switch. Press A on the kill switch. See Power-up.

The car beeps three times and stops. The battery is low. Finish the run and charge. If drive cut out and the car beeps low-high-low every 5 seconds, the cutoff latched. Power-cycle the car after charging.

The gamepad does nothing. Check the front switch is on X. Hold the deadman: LB for the sticks preset, A for the triggers preset. Stay within 10 feet.

I cannot find the car's Wi-Fi. The network is goat-<name> on 2.4 GHz. The password is printed on the car. If the car was joined to your network, it falls back to its own access point 15 minutes after boot when nobody reaches the dashboard.

Two cars in the room interfere. Give each car its own robot name and its own ROS_DOMAIN_ID. See Join the car's Wi-Fi.

The policy I sent does not appear. The car needs an internet connection to receive it. Check the car is on a network with internet, then reload the policy page.
